My interviews of Daniel Van der Velden (Metahaven) and Kenneth Goldsmith (ubuweb) have been published in the first issue of the outstanding Verities.

Playlist of pop songs that have been played by US Army during psychological operations, that are commonly called PSYOP. By blasting the same songs loudly and repeteadly, music and sound provide an insidious tool of torture. This selection was played during Mathieu Copeland’s exhibition, “Studies for a catalogue / a study for an exhibition of violence in contemporary art (1964/2011)“, the 1st of August 2011 at the John Latham Fondation in London.+

PROTOCOL #1: “Participant Observation”. An exhibition of photographs and films by Yann Gross and Bronwen Parker-Rhodes presented during the Create Festival London. The event took place in Create House, Canary Wharf / London (28.06.11 – 25.07.11) +

The text “Tausend Himmel and the equivalence principle”, related to a series of the photographer Joachim Schmid, has been published in this French magazine devoted to sound issues in art. +

Translation of the first monograph devoted to the visual work of Alan Vega. This book is published on the occasion of the eponymous retrospective exhibition at Musée d’Art Contemporain de Lyon, May–August 2009. +

Concept and design of the website joelvacheron.net in collaboration with :ratio (8ratio.ch)

This homage to sound artist Max Neuhaus takes place in a conference related to the Art in the City. Festival Les Urbaines (Lausanne / Switzerland).

The French newspaper Le Courrier International published the article on Radioclit and Esau Mwamwaya for his dossier related to the new face of world music.

Talk given at Archizoom, the exhibition space of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), during the exhibition “Corps Sonore: Architecture et Son”. Other speakers were Francis Baudevin, Eckard Kahle and Bernard Leitner. +

“GlocalPing” is an interactive installation designed by Davy Courvoisier and the CAN (Centre d’Art Neuchatel / Switzerland) that connects two different places at the same table. +

Cofounding an association supporting collaborations between cultural actors from Switzerland and the United Kingdom. +

Bye-Bye Black Sheep relates the ad campaign lead by the SVP/UDC and the rise of xenophobia in the political agenda of Switzerland. +
